Interview former employers and personal references. This includes Financial, Educational, and Military.
Oral interview with applicant, asking about former employment, police records and / or citations. Drug screening.
Oral questioning of applicant: Knowledge of law pertaining to security, answers to possible situation that might occur on job site, physical capability.
Knowledge of firearms / safety and capability of use.
